Exhibit at PCIM Europe 2018 (June 5 to 7)

We displayed mainly IGBT module for EV market and high voltage power modules such as _nHPD² including full SiC products.　Thank you for your visiting to our booth.

At Conference, we made two presentations of 3.3 kV / 800 A full SiC power module "A 3.3 kV / 800 A Ultra-High Power Density SiC Power Module" and 6.5 kV / 1000 A IGBT module "A 6.5 kV 1000 A IGBT Module with Side Gate HiGT" Thank you for your attendance.
